Come out and support the Longhorn Football Team as they play Hanover for the 8M-II State Championship, Saturday, November 25th, at the Fischer Field Stadium on W. 2nd Street and Athletic Park Drive, in Newton, KS, at 3:30 PM. Admission will be $6.00 for K-12th Grade Students and $8.00 for Adults. The game will be broadcasted on KHAZ 99.5 FM and on a Watch Live Link through Open Spaces Sports on the KSHSAA Website. Friday, Nov. 24th, from 5:00-6:15 PM, there will be a community chili feed in the HCHS Commons sponsored by the Hanston State Bank, the Farmers State Bank, and the Hanston Insurance Agency. At 6:30 PM, there will be a bonfire and pep rally, community garden at the east end of the HCHS Practice Field.
Saturday, Nov. 25th, there will be a Send-Off at 10:15 AM on Main Street and the Courthouse Block in Jetmore. At 10:35 AM, there will be a Send-Off on the north side of Highway 156 at the building parking lot in Hanston.
